Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Wasatch Pressure Washing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to residential and commercial customers (“Customer,” “you”). By requesting, approving, or accepting services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide exterior pressure washing, soft washing, and related cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The specific scope of services is described in each approved quote.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Pricing is based on conditions visible at the time of estimation. If actual conditions differ materially, we reserve the right to adjust pricing before work begins.
- Any change in scope requested by the Customer may result in additional charges. Changes must be approved in writing (email is acceptable) before additional work is performed.
3. Scheduling & Deposits
- If a deposit is required, it will be stated in the bid/quote and must be paid in full before any work is started.
- Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmed via email or text.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. We accept credit/debit card (3% processing fee applies), check, and ACH transfer.
- Overdue invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annually).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: full deposit refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: deposit is forfeited.
- No-call / no-show on the day of service: deposit is forfeited and any remaining balance may be invoiced.
- Customer-requested rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice is free and subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment due to unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, freezing temperatures, or similar conditions) at no charge or penalty to either party.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, the Customer agrees to:
- Disclose any known fragile, damaged, or sensitive surfaces (e.g., loose paint, old caulking, unsealed wood, deteriorated mortar).
- Clear the work area of personal property, vehicles, furniture, or animals.
- Ensure that all windows, doors, and vents are properly closed.
- Provide reasonable access to water (outdoor spigot) and electricity if required.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect service quality. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wasatch Pressure Washing carries general liability insurance. Notwithstanding that coverage, our total liability to any Customer for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, defects, or deterioration of surfaces.
- Damage to improperly sealed, painted, or maintained surfaces not disclosed before service.
- Damage caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., defective building materials, aging infrastructure).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
7. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion with photos and a description of the concern. We will return to address legitimate issues at no additional charge. Warranty does not cover re-soiling, new staining after service, or issues caused by customer-side conditions.
8. Photography
We may take before-and-after photos of properties we service for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Photos used publicly will not include identifying information (addresses, names) without your written consent. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before service begins.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah, or through binding arbitration at our election.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at wasatchpressurewashing.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
